Returns and Refunds Policy

Digital products refunds

We issue refunds for digital products within 7 days of the original purchase of the product.

We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products. If the fault can’t be fixed, or if it hasn’t been fixed within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience, we will offer a refund of the full sales price of the individual product. If you have downloaded the content under a membership subscription, you will be refunded the full retail price of the individual downloaded item.
